compact sonar range finder by Maxbotix detects

other sonar range finders, the LV-MaxSonar

SensComp Type 1
2.1 SensComp Instrument Package
This package combines the SensComp/Polaroid Instrument
Grade Transducer, 6500 Ranging Module, interface
cable, and application notes and specifications. This is a great way to begin
using the SensComp/Polaroid detector for proximity sensing.

SensComp 6500 Ranging Module
 The 6500 Series is an economical sonar ranging module
that can drive all SensComp/Polaroid electrostatic transducers with no
additional interface. This module, with a simple interface, is able to measure
distances from 6 inches to 35 feet. This was formerly made by Polaroid, but is
now made by
SensComp.

This instrument grade electrostatic transducer is specifically intended for
operation in air at ultrasonic frequencies assembly comes complete with a
perforated protective cover.

Module, interface cable, and application notes and
specifications.

This environmental grade electrostatic transducer is specifically intended
for operation in air at ultrasonic frequencies. The assembly is made of
stainless steel and comes complete with a perforated protective
cover.
